Returns & Exchanges

All Little Lake Metals jewelry is handmade to order, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for exchange of goods or store credit, excluding shipping costs. Items must be in their original condition and unworn, returned in their original packaging undamaged. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. When returning items, please be sure to package them securely and provide ample padding to protect the pieces during shipment. I have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. I am not responsible for tracking your return, and am unable to issue a refund for lost or damaged packages.

Please allow 5-7 days to process your return once I receive the item.

I reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges, such as on items that have been worn or damaged. 

Customized items are not eligible for returns.

As each piece is are made to order, please be certain of the size or color you purchase. I can always help with sizing if you're not sure.

In the event that you receive a faulty item, I am happy to repair the piece, give you a complete refund, or arrange an exchange. Return shipping costs will be refunded.

Warranty

I offer a 90-day warranty for the following: broken chain, faulty clasp, wrong size, manufacturing defects, errors, etc. Please contact me to notify me about your item so that I can expect it in the mail or to be dropped off at the studio.

In the event that you receive a faulty item, I am happy to repair the piece, give you a complete refund, or arrange an exchange. I will refund you the cost of shipping.
