Shipping & Production

It is my aim to ship items within two weeks of payment date and hopefully much sooner. Each piece of jewelry is handmade and made to order, with occasional exceptions, in my Portland studio. Handcrafting takes time and your understanding is greatly appreciated.

I ship via First Class USPS. Standard shipping does not include insurance and has limited tracking information. If your order is time sensitive, please choose USPS Priority shipping at checkout and we will do our best to expedite production. If you would like to have your package insured, please contact me prior to placing your order.

Little Lake Metals is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen in transit or returned to us due to an incorrect address. If you package is lost/stolen, we recommend contacting USPS directly.
